  • It’s understandable that sometimes the unexpected happens. If you are unable to make your appointment or anticipate a late arrival, contact Your SoulSis as soon as possible or at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule or communicate if the late arrival will work out. Zero communication will be counted as a no-show.

    A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed per appointment. Please note that late arrivals may interfere with the allotted time that the service is initially scheduled. For example, if a client arrives 10 minutes late for a 60-minute facial service, the service time is reduced to 50 minutes to accommodate other appointments.

    After 15 minutes, Your SoulSis reserves the right to cancel an appointment due to “no show” and any reservation deposits will be forfeited and cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file if applicable.

  • Vouchers (including, but not limited to: gift certificates, pre-paid services, series packages, etc.) purchased through our online booking system (Fresha) will be honored specific to the original purchased service.

    In cases where services are not rendered, the voucher may be used as an equivalent dollar value to any other service provided by Your SoulSis.

    Cash redemption is not permitted.

  • 1. Right to Decline Service:

    Your SoulSis reserves the right to decline service to any individual or entity for the following reasons:

    a. Violation of any Your SoulSis policies.

    b. Non-payment or outstanding balances.

    c. Behavior or requests that may endanger our employees, other customers, or the integrity of our services.

    2. Cancellation, Late Arrivals and Rescheduling Policy:

    a. Customer Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule services subject to the following conditions:

    • Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • Missed appointments without prior notice may result in additional charges or a forfeiture of any deposits made.

    b. Business Cancellation: Your SoulSis may need to cancel or reschedule services in the following situations:

    • Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, technical issues, or emergencies.

    • If our service providers are unable to perform the service due to illness or other unexpected events.

    • In the event of a cancellation on our part, we will make every effort to reschedule (if necessary) at a convenient time or provide a refund.

    3. Refund Policy:

    Refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.

    • In cases of dissatisfaction with our services, we encourage customers to contact us promptly to discuss potential resolutions.

    4. Communication:

    • We will communicate any cancellations or rescheduling promptly through the contact information provided by the customer at the time of booking.

    • Customers are encouraged to keep their contact information up to date to ensure efficient communication.

    5. Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Soulsis: Konnections Permanent Jewelry Policies

  • Clean with Water, a gentle toothbrush, dish soap and pat dry. Clean often.

    Rinse off with fresh water when exposed to salt water or prolonged time in the pool.

    Utilize a jewelry polishing cloth (provided during your appointment) to keep your new bling sparkly!

  • eeek! Ever find yourself with a black or greenish mark after removing jewelry? This is a chemical process called “metallic abrasion”. Dont worry! It doesnt mean your jewelry is “fake”.

    While not as common with gold-filled or solid gold pieces, “metallic abrasion” does happen. The main culprit is often from the chemicals in lotions, oils, and perfumes that combine with dust, dirt or sweat. No worries though as a quick clean with soap and water will take care of it!

  • Each piece is custom-made by a certified welder, and all sales are final once payment is completed. Due to the personalized nature of each piece, exchanges or refunds are not available after the sale is finalized.

  • Within 6 months of the purchase date, Your SoulSis offers 1 complimentary re-welding service and resizing. Should you require additional length, there will be a fee for the extra chain.Within

  • Within 30 Days:
    If your gold-filled chain tarnishes, we will provide a replacement with the same chain or one of equivalent value at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can choose a 50% refund upon returning the tarnished chain (Customer is responsible for shipping).  

    31-90 Days: We offer a replacement chain at a 40% discount or a 20% refund if you return the original chain (Customer is responsible for shipping).

    Beyond 90 Days: Customers will be responsible for the full replacement cost, and no refunds will be provided.

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a replacement under the lost chain policy, the same chain style must be used and welded to the same area (e.g., bracelet, anklet).
    Within 7 Days: If your chain is lost, we will replace it free of charge.
    8-90 Days: The chain can be replaced at a 40% discount.
    91+ Days: A replacement chain will be available at a 20% discount• Eligibility:

    To qualify for a replacement under the lost chain policy, the same chain style must be used and welded to the same area (e.g., bracelet, anklet).
    Within 7 Days: If your chain is lost, we will replace it free of charge.

  • As mentioned, all sales are final, and Your SoulSis does not cover the replacement of lost items. If your item is lost or requires replacement within 90 days of purchase, we offer a 40% discount on the replacement of the item or an equivalent if the original item is no longer available. If your item is lost or requires replacement after 90 days and up to 4 months from the purchase date, we offer a 20% discount on the replacement of the item or an equivalent if the original item is no longer available.

  • Photos and videos taken during your appointment are primarily taken to document and ensure quality of the jewelry weld. Photos and/or videos may be utilized for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials and other marketing platforms unless specified otherwise on the signed consent form.
